Yoga Classes & Outdoor Shinrin-Yoku in Breda

Just like a grasshopper finds its place in nature, I believe everyone can find their own balance and rhythm in life.

Alongside my yoga classes in Breda, I offer an additional outdoor class: Shinrin-Yoku, the Japanese practice of forest bathing , which I call CalmWalk™. It blends mindful walking in nature with yoga principles, conscious breathing, meditaion and gentle yoga postures.

CalmWalk brings yoga beyond the mat and into nature. During these guided walks, we slow down, engage all our senses, and allow nature’s calming presence to restore balance in both body and mind.

This outdoor practice is especially supportive if you’re feeling overwhelmed, recovering from stress, or finding it hard to keep up with everyday demands. There is no pressure to perform or push—only space to walk, breathe, and be.

Together, studio yoga classes and outdoor CalmWalk sessions offer a complete and gentle approach to wellbeing—grounded, mindful, and deeply restoring.

I also host special CalmWalk events, usually in Breda, but occasionally in other beautiful locations across the Netherlands or abroad, for a deeper, immersive experience.

CalmWalk offers a gentle way to reduce stress, boost your mood, and deepen your awareness—complementing the grounding and strength you develop through yoga.
