This program is thoughtfully crafted to guide you through a peaceful, nature-inspired path towards stress reduction, burnout prevention, and overall health improvement.
Week 1 - The Peacefulness of the Forest
Week 2 - Breath and Relaxation Techniques
Week 3 - Yoga for Stress Relief
Week 4 - Mindful Eating Workshop - Special Sunday Session
Week 5 - Forest Bathing Experience
Week 6 - Yoga for Flexibility and Strength
Week 7 - Emotional Release and Meditation
Week 8 - Yoga and Self-Care
Week 9 - Gratitude and Reflection
Week 10 - Celebration and Future Planning
Course Inclusions:
- 10 weekly sessions of guided nature walks and yoga.
- Tücsi, your certified yoga instructor (RYT 628, Yoga Alliance), plus a diploma in Shinrin-yoku (Forest Bathing) (Nov. 2023, Center of Excellence, Global
Institute of Forest Therapy).
- Online course materials and informative handouts.
- A healthful picnic in nature during the course.
- Closing tea ceremonies at the end of each class.
Additional Information:
- Class Size: Limited to ensure an intimate, personalized experience.
- Course Language: Classes are given in either Dutch or English.
- Location: Breda Mastbos (meeting point at kogelvanger resturant) and its restful surroundings. Should meeting point change, it will be listed in the schedule.
- Meeting Times: Available on my schedule.
- Suitable for participants of all fitness levels.
- Participants should come equipped with comfortable clothing, sturdy walking shoes, a yoga mat (if you do not have one, I have one available for you - just let me know prior to coming to class so that I can bring it with me), and a water bottle.
