Tücsi’s Chill Flow classes combines Yin Yoga’s slow, soft, and passive practice with restorative postures by using bolsters (pillows) and breath. We hold each pose for at least 5 minutes, allowing deep tissue stretching and relaxation.
During the Chill Flow class, you will experience the power of stillness. Embrace longer, grounding holds that target deep connective tissues, promoting relaxation and rejuvenation.
With each mindful stretch, prana energy courses through your meridians, revitalizing muscles, organs, and the mind. Release blockages, allowing healing and revitalization to unfold.
